Teaching is an activity I enjoy. I am very enthusiastic about continuing and expanding my role in education. Regularly attend Clinical Governance meetings in order to keep myself up to date about Hospital management and patient’s wellbeing, in order to improve and safeguard high standards of care.
Maintain liaison with bed managers and secretarial staff to organize elective admissions despite bed crises in General Medicine.
Developed my appreciation for the role of audit, clinical guidelines and complaints in improving service quality. Believe that medical audit is one of the principal and most important procedures for maintaining and improving care to the patient.
