- capacity planning executing the production target based on customer schedule
- Daily monitoring production plan vs actual
- Anlysis daily production losses & their action plan
- Daily tool consumption monitoring
MATERIAL MANAGEMENT & COST CONTROL
- Identifying requirements of row material as per customer schedule
- Ensure the proper system is followed to order Cutting tool,Cutting oil, child parts and consumable items
QUALITY
- Ensuring communication with customer on daily basis for corrective action,status and effectiveness of action taken
- Deciding and implementing POKA YOKE,KAIZEN on customer complaints to avoid reoccurrences
- Involved in the preparation of Quality plan, SOP and maintaining all necessary records
