POST OPERATIVE (RECOVERY PHASE)

- Transport the patient to recovery safely with monitoring and 02.
- Monitoring the patient until they recover from the effect of surgery and the anesthesia.
- Check for the complications such as patient Airway, Breathing Circulation, Disability, Exposure.
- Providing pain relief medication if needed.
- Providing warming devices if necessary.
- Liaising with Anesthesiologist.
- When the patient is stable and ready to return to their ward and provides a detailed handover to the ward staff.
