Lead the integrated Language & Re-accreditation Programme across Greater London, following the merger of RefuAid’s Language and Requalification Programme with Breaking Barriers.
Manage an applicant pool of 2,000+ clients, with strategic oversight to ensure fair access and effective client flow. Support an average of 200+ people from a forced mirgration clients each year on their language and requalification journeys; from 2022 to date, 200 clients under my remit have successfully completed their language pathways, enabling them to requalify, join university, or enter employment.
