Support an average of 200+ people from a forced mirgration clients each year on their language and requalification journeys; from 2022 to date, 200 clients under my remit have successfully completed their language pathways, enabling them to requalify, join university, or enter employment.
Provide targeted support to internationally qualified healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, HCPC-registered professionals) 147 healthcare professionals under my remit have successfully requalified to practice in the UK.
Manage partnerships with 35+ language schools and online partners, 3 universities, and key stakeholders including British Council, Pearson, English UK, and Universities of Sanctuary. Collaborate with the Philanthropy and Communications teams to develop targeted fundraising campaigns for the Language and Requalification Programme. Play an operational leadership role in the ongoing integration of the Language and Re-accreditation Programmes into a unified service model, contributing to service redesign, CRM integration, and cross-organisational learning.
