  • I am well organised and like to keep everything organised to maximize workplace efficiency.
  • I am trustworthy with any confidential data and have had training to reinforce this.
  • I am fully capable of using software programs such as Microsoft Office, and I have made Excel spreadsheets to securely store data.
  • I am friendly and polite and can work well with others as well as on my own.
  • I am flexible and happy to help in difficult situations, and have taken difficult phone calls previously and been able to calm down the situation and reach a resolution.

  • I had an apprenticeship here which lasted a year (October 2021 - October 2022) and learned core skills that can be carried into any job.
