Voluntary Work

In 2018 my family and I volunteered to train a Labrador puppy to become a service dog. He was 8 weeks old when he arrived and training started straight away. The training was constant and intense and carried out by myself and my mum. We had weekly training with qualified instructors and a list of do's and don'ts to abide by - it was just under 2 years before he was ready to leave for his full time training. This was a huge commitment for my mum and I and also our family.
