I’ve truly enjoyed my time as a chef, and it’s been a rewarding experience that has taught me invaluable skills in the kitchen and beyond. However, I’m excited to look toward the future and explore new opportunities that will broaden my professional horizons. I’m eager to challenge myself in different roles and gain new experiences that will enrich my career.
I started working at The Elm Tree as a kitchen porter in my first year, gaining hands-on experience and learning the ropes of the kitchen. In my second year, I was promoted to kitchen assistant, taking on more responsibilities and honing my skills. After completing my Level 2 Culinary Skills qualification at college, I was given the opportunity to step up as the chef, where I could fully apply my training and passion for cooking.

In my free time, I enjoy a variety of activities that keep me both active and connected with loved ones. Paddleboarding is a favorite way to stay fit and enjoy the outdoors, while being a season ticket holder for St. Mary's is something I look forward to throughout the year. I also love baking, experimenting with new recipes, and sharing the results with family and friends. Spending quality time with my family is important to me, and we often explore new places together, from scenic beaches to exciting tourist attractions. Lastly, I have a passion for cruising, always eager to discover new destinations and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of life on board.
