During my time at AO I have learnt many skills and actively used them each day. I co ordinated a shift of 25 people ( night and day shifts) and found it to be both rewarding and changeling.

I started with AO as a yard person and part of the offload team - we could effectively unload 20 trailers a day then I worked my way up the team to Supervisor Role which then led to me being promoted to Co-Ordinator once I passed LML MT levels and gained experience. from then on

its been whirl I was in charge of unloading and reloading all products for AO we recycle 100% of all goods in and out and I was proud to be part of the team. I worked very closely with the transport team to make sure all compliance was adhered too and nothing was amiss.

I oversaw daily operations to achieve high productivity levels.

Completing paperwork to government and environmental standard was taken very seriously within transport and ~I was given this to do alongside my co-ordinating of the shift. it was very interesting.
