- Communication skills - Throughout my time in education I have taken part in multiple school events which consisted of me talking visitors to and taking them on a tour of my school
- Public speaking - I have taken part in over 5 theatre shows where I performed to hundreds of people, I feel confident when it comes to public speaking as I feel I can be comforting and understanding yet still come up with a reasonable solution to satisfy the customer
- Team building - again during my time in education i ran my own Dance club where I was presented with an - During my time at school I created my own dance club and Choreographed a routine for the group then had to understand in their individuals strengths and weaknesses so I could build them into the routine to best suit the choreography
- Social media marketing - I also sell on items on Vinted, this entails marketing clothing items in a way that they attract sales
- Quality Assurance - I assure all my sales are inspected and packed appropriately with acre and correct packing
- Upselling - When a person has liked one of my listed items on Vinted I will send them a massage with a limited discount to try and increase my sales
- Resourcefulness - I often visit charity shops to expand my inventory
