- Both formal and informal carers form a ‘care circle’ and receive notifications and other status updates through the app.
- Potential users subscribe to the service via an e-commerce site (implemented in ReactJS using Material UI).
- B2B and retail client ReactJS dashboards are part of the service and are monitored by Encircle agents.
- As part of a team of front-end developers, worked on implementing new features as well as various UI enhancements.

- It also includes ‘Parenting Exchange’ functionality – a chat / forum module for a number of Topics, implementing posts, responses, reactions, comments, replies and notifications.
- Implemented a login / registration module, basic chat / forum functionality, a notifications module, integration of video and other media.
- MongoDB back-end.
- Developed on the Expo platform based on a supplied Figma design – integrating node.js REST API linking to Heroku back end.

- This app works as a standard ordering app for most users, allowing people to order at their tables (or room for hotels).

- Order processing, live dashboard and basic workflow moving orders from ‘Waiting’ to ‘Completed’.
- Verified Team members can also be granted ‘Admin’ rights, allowing them access to:
- Make stock available/unavailable.
- Create, maintain, delete, or hide Menus, Categories, or Items.
- Modify Store details like shop front photos, store name, description, colour/font theme…
- Google Firebase used for authentication and as the back-end database.

- Joining this project in its final stages was tasked with implementing an automated test process for some 80+ interface process each generating multiple files of HR Data to systems across the organisation.
- Implemented a ‘Test Rig’ application with an MS-Access back end and ReactJS front end which loaded Test and Production interface files in numerous formats (including JSON, XML, CSV), compared them record by record and field by field and logged issues against each for technical analysis by the offshore development team.
- A web-based front end enabled stakeholders to review test results, link to functional documentation describing the expected changes and eventually sign off each interface.
- Undertook technical analysis of the issues raised by the Test Rig application, applied fixes to Application Engine and SQR processes where appropriate.
- On the closure of all issues on each interface, a detailed reconciliation report was made available through the app and business for sign-off functionality was implemented.

- Implemented in 2 phases, initially as a Learning Portal, then subsequently as a Portal to HCM, HR HelpDesk and integrating numerous 3rd Party providers including learning content, content management systems, support / chat integration as part of the overall HR Portal.

- Extensive use of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and stored procedures.

- Custom regional templates were implemented to enable language / rule variations.
