Although my Bachelor's Degree is in Sport and Exercise Science, I have substantial experience in various sectors. Role of University 1st Team Captain:
- Demands strong leadership and effective team management, involving strategic planning to guarantee seamless operations on match days. Additionally, it necessitates making pivotal decisions both on and off the field to ensure the team operates at its peak capacity.
- Communication, serving as the primary liaison between the league secretary, coach, clubs financial officer and the team, ensuring clear and effective communication of strategies, feedback, and expectations. As well as representing the team in official or ceremonial events.
- Performance under Pressure, demonstrating resilience and the ability to perform effectively under pressure, especially in critical moments of games.
