Since April 2024, I launched my own company, where I have been successfully running my own painting and decorating & property services business, taking full responsibility for both the practical and administrative aspects. This includes liaising with clients to understand their needs, providing quotes, sourcing materials, and completing work to a high standard. I specialize in both interior and exterior projects, offering services such as surface preparation, wallpapering, and fine detail work. My role also involves managing budgets, meeting deadlines, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and reliable service, therefore cultivating strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business. Running my own business has developed my skills in time management, problem-solving, and adaptability while maintaining a strong focus on quality and professionalism. Prior to the launch of my own company, I was exercising my supervision skills on numerous commercial construction sites in & around Manchester.

As well as launching my own painting decorating & property services business i also continue to manage the property portfolio for my fathers property development & letting company, as well as oversea new & ongoing ptojects. After graduating highschool i immediately became involved in my fathers property development business and began learning relevant skiils in all trades. From plumbing to carpentary & all aspects of painting & decorating i quickly developed my skills to an extremely high standard, which has led me to maintaning, looking after and managing some 15+ properties in & around the South Manchester area. further experience in the business came when i began managing the letting aspect of the portfolio and liasing with potential tennants and maintaining a solid relatioship with said tennant throughout their contracted tennancy & dealing with any issues they may encounter.

Since a child my passion for skiing & love for the mountains have always been some of my favourite pastimes. Therefore encouraging me to head out to Val D'Isère for the 23/24 winter season & work as an in-resort private concierge driver. As a private concierge driver in one of the most prestigious ski resorts in the French Alps, I provided transport services for families & sometimes high-profile clients, ensuring punctuality, discretion, and safety in challenging winter conditions. I offered personalised assistance with luggage, ski equipment, and resort coordination, as well as assistance in evening meal reservations and end-of-night collections. My role demanded exceptional customer service, route planning, and adaptability to client needs. I consistently delivered a premium experience, enhancing guest satisfaction and contributing to a seamless, five-star resort stay & contributed to my clients' experience running as smoothly as possible.

Aside from my role as a private concierge driver, I also operated a service as a chalet maintenance operative in Val D'isere. Throughout the winter season I ensured the smooth operation and upkeep of high-end properties. Responsibilities included routine checks, repairing plumbing faults & leaks, repairing furniture, painting & decorative touch-ups where required, and responding promptly to guest or staff issues. I maintained health and safety standards, managed snow clearing, and supported general upkeep. My hands-on approach and problem-solving skills ensured a comfortable, safe, and well-presented environment for guests throughout the season. My hands-on skills in a wide array of trades throughout my years managing the property portfolio for MTM Developments allowed me to tackle almost every issue I was confronted with with great confidence in being able to execute the task at hand to a more than satisfactory standard.

Though only a short-term work contract was agreed upon, the opportunity to work on EDF's newest and largest renewable energy plant wasn't an opportunity to pass up on. During my time I worked as a steel fixer on the Hinkley Point C nuclear power station project, assembling and installing steel reinforcement for concrete structures to precise specifications. Duties included reading technical drawings, cutting, bending, and tying rebar, and adhering to strict safety and quality standards on a high-security site. Collaborated closely with engineers and site teams, contributing to one of the UK’s largest and most complex infrastructure projects. This period of employment & all-round experience allowed me to gain a great amount of knowledge & experience in working safely and correctly on one of the biggest construction projects in the UK.
