• I volunteer to support Vivo care choice events, helping assist people with special educational needs. In order to do this I need to be supportive and enthusiastic.

• By working at Seafarer I use a variety of skills. In my role I regularly work under pressure, using good organization and communication skills in order to produce a high quality of service. I must be quick and efficient as the food needs to be hot and fresh. I also complete financial transactions on a regular basis, using cash and card machines to do this. To ensure that the food is safe and clean I must follow the food hygiene protocol. I am a confident self-assured worker, who is willing to go the extra mile to provide quality customer service, I am able to effectively deal with customer feedback.

• During my time working with Bralin recruitment at the Henkel warehouse, I was a crucial and valued worker within the packing team. To complete this role I showed initiative when working independently and also showed a great work ethic and created strong relationships with my colleagues when working within a team. During my time in the packaging department, I had to work diligently to ensure all products were kept to a high standard as was expected from Henkel. To maximize the team's strengths, I was on many occasions assigned to organise the packaged products into their designated locations for the dispatch team to collect. Additionally, I would analyze and act upon information provided to myself and the team about the products which ensured a smooth running of the packing department.

• In my job at Benny Bings I acted as a front of house taking orders and serving food, as well as washing pots practicing good hygiene. In this position I have learned to make coffee to a good standard. I had to use good communication skills to ensure that the food arrives hot, fast and correct.

• During holiday periods I assist the above plumbing company with general laboring duties including the preparation of areas, cleaning and liaising with clients.
