
I am a strong-willed individual who enjoys nothing more than helping others grow and develop. From a young age I have always been a leader, steaming from football, to group projects in school and to the present day where I am in a leadership position within work. I am a calm and confident individual who is also enthusiastic about his work, achieving many qualifications in and outside of sport. I am a Leading Hand in the Royal Navy, the next stage up in the leadership ladder. Directly in charge of 6 Able rates in the warfare department however oversee all Able rates on the platform. Within my role I provide critical safety of the Vanguard nuclear class of submarine alongside and at sea. At sea, I provide safety critical routes for the submarine to correctly manoeuvrer using formulas and trigonometry. This is done to provide a fire control solution on every contact we encounter whether it is a warship, commercial ship, submarine or Airborne unit. Whereas alongside. providing the safe working and security of the platform. With my military experience I believe I am suited to tackle any hardships and problem solving which may come my way. I have always operated in a sink or swim environment, allowing me to thrive and progress throughout my career. Throughout my career I have accomplished record breaking periods away from home and helped others through tough times with recognised trauma management as the health representative for my specific department.
