I have developed excellent initiative and work ethic since working part-time/full-time. I currently work in a BP petrol garage in a customer assistant role. This job has greatly improved my customer service skills, as this is one of the busiest BP sites in the country. Because of this, we're incredibly busy, and I deal with a huge number of customers daily, I am constantly working in high-pressure situations as it is non stop for every shift. I am motivated and hardworking, and have learned to meet productivity and performance targets. I am organised with excellent planning abilities and have proved to be a team player in my previous roles, leading to excellent department productivity.

I am 20 years old and started work at 16 while still in school. I had a short break after leaving school which I travelled to South East Asia. My independence and organisational skills have greatly benefited from this.
