Year 10 Work Experience
For my Year 10 work experience I chose to coach at my Martial Arts club where I am a student. During this experience I learned leadership abilities, communication skills which helped me to build on my confidence.

I am currently in my first year of a Level 3 Sports Coaching & Development course at Yeovil College. I have always been very passionate about sports however I now feel that I would like the opportunity to learn other skills outside of a sporting based environment that I can transfer to a future career.
As a recent school leaver, I have limited work experience, with the exception of a short time when I did some labouring work during the school summer holidays. I am hardworking, reliable and willing to learn. I feel that an apprenticeship would enable me to prepare for working in a real life environment.
As part of my course at Yeovil College I regularly give presentations which involves planning & preparation.
I have started taking driving lessons which will enable me to independently travel to and from a work place.

In the summer of 2025, I travelled to London with my Instructor to help coach a seminar. This involved working with children to help teach basic gymnastic & martial art skills called "Tricks, Kicks & Flips" I have won many awards in this field.
