
I currently work as a Senior Sales Executive in the broadband sector, where I manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion. As the sole sales representative, I’m responsible for handling all customer interactions, managing my own workload, and consistently working towards targets while maintaining a high level of service.
Alongside this, I’ve been working towards my mortgage qualifications, having successfully passed CeMAP Level 1 and Level 2 while working full-time. I’ve also started studying for Level 3, which reflects my commitment to moving into a mortgage adviser role and building a long-term career in financial services.

Keep on top of all customer details and sales activity using a CRM system.
Stay aware of what competitors are offering and adjust how I sell to stay competitive.
Handle any issues or follow-ups to make sure customers are happy after signing up.
Manage my own workload and pipeline, especially during busy periods, as the only sales person on site.
