• Right to Work: Identified a significant breach in RTW compliance in one of our key hubs, thus introducing a RTW assignment in the employee profile page to allow greater visibility and more informative RTW reports for all employees.
• Absence Plans and Balances: Reviewed the company's current absence plans, comparing to the countries legislation and identifying multiple countries where we the company was not compliant.
• Process Review: Categorically reviewed the HRSC teams processes, outlining challenges and areas for improvement. Lead to improved work flow and team efficiency.
• Training: Mentored 2 new people administrators in the team. Provided training to the recruitment team on the legislation involved in the key countries we hired in, resolving issues both teams faced and improving delivery time of employment offers to candidates.
