I have always enjoyed playing team sports such as football which helped me keep active. As I do not play football as regularly, I stay active through the gym and running. I have a membership at both Virgin Active and Muscleworks. This has been hugely beneficial to me allowing myself to balance school work and recovery. My discipline has without a doubt improved by keeping to a constant schedule.

I have played football for 10 years now, participating number of teams including Bromley and Crystal Palace. I have been committed to the school football team for 8 years now competing in countless cups in which recently have won the Kent Schools Cup Final. Although, I do not play outside of school anymore being within a team has taught me Teamwork, Communication Skills and Resilience both on and off the pitch
