Lukasz Dudzicz

I am an experienced team leader with over 8 years of experience as a Team Leader, specializing in process optimization and project management. My passion for new challenges and ability to work under pressure has allowed me to successfully implement innovative solutions such as reducing water consumption on key production lines.

I have advanced data analysis and visualization skills through my practice in Power BI and in-depth knowledge of Excel, which supports me in creating accurate reports and improving operational processes.

As part of the Continuous Improvement (CI) department and Downtime Coordinator, I have achieved measurable successes, including significant efficiency improvements through modification of key reporting tools and loss reduction initiatives.

I am currently looking to develop my competencies and gain new experience in an Arrival Team Leader role, where I can use my leadership and analytical skills to support the continued growth and effectiveness of the team.

I have been interested in astronomy for a few years. I enjoy observing the night sky, learning about star constellations, and studying the planets that surround us.
I have a long-standing interest in public services. That is why I also continue my first aid at work. I thoroughly enjoy documentaries about law enforcement and emergency medical services. I am also interested in studying how criminals behave and the mind.
For nearly three decades, I have been engaged in the assembly of model aircraft, encompassing airplanes and helicopters, among others. This interest came to me because my father was in the military for 30 years and spent a lot of time in a military environment.
