• Apply supplier training directly within the production environment, supporting troubleshooting, optimisation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Provide clear technical explanations and recommendations to support informed decisions on equipment selection, process improvements, and operational changes.
• Build and maintain professional working relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, supporting effective collaboration and long-term outcomes.
• Deliver training and guidance to operators on existing and new machinery, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, records, and procedures in line with quality standards and internal processes.
• Act as a calm, reliable point of contact during operational issues, communicating clearly with teams and supporting effective decision-making under pressure.
