Leading a medium sized team of 12 developers spread across multiple countries developing one of the leading e-commerce platforms in the UK - Office Power (https://officepower.net/). Responsible for team management, hiring and architecture. Transforming the platform from bespoke on-prem system into a full cloud-based SaaS-ready e-commerce platform.

Joined Euroffice team during end of platform migration of Office Power (https://officepower.net/). In short time I become a valuable member of the team, fixing bugs in critical parts of the platform and supporting the team during releases. Significantly improving the quality by introducing unit testing, proper design patterns and SOLID principles. As a an architect I designed whole new caching layer and defined infrastructure for the backend services.

Development and ownership of the ALVAO Service Desk, including designing and implementing features, writing specs and working with customers.
