• Leading on the property acquisition process from start to end. Identification of adequate sites, contact with landlords/agents, initial appraisal of the opportunity, financial modelling (including, DCF, project NPV, IRR, etc.), property valuation, negotiating and agreeing Heads of Terms, leading on legals through to completion, assisting in the planning process.
• Holding all relevant real estate relationships.
• Presenting finalized deals to CEO/Founder for final approval.
• Setting strategic short-term and long-term property goals, based on analysis of the wider padel market. Regular monitoring of the real estate and padel industries and holding a wider picture of the strategic growth opportunities.
• Assisting in marketing strategy through leading the ambassador network and helping in implementing the marketing strategy.
• Maintenance of internal data bases and other internal processes.
• Assisting in delivery of projects/venues through CAPEX, OPEX analysis, etc.

· Assisting with rapid expansion of a leisure operator in the UK.

· Identifying sites with strong trading prospects and canvassing off-market prospects. Additionally, managing the in-house data base of canvass targets and meticulously recording responses.

· Lead a weekly progress meeting for new sites with the client.

· Brief and liaise with our in-house planners for change of use and material external changes for new sies.

· Liaise with retail property agents in the market.

· Assist with Heads of Terms and assess and measure target sites.

• Worked in the Logistics department and learned how a product (wooden box elements) is made and how to sync all compartments of a production process to achieve result
• Within Supply department maintained daily communication with Euro Princ client base (companies from Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Greece, Belgium, France) and gained insight on how distribution channels work.

• Worked alongside investor to find suitable site for a residential building and accompanied him to meetings with architects, material suppliers and construction companies
• As a result, learned basics of negotiation and the preparation process for constructing a residential building.
