Accomplishments

During an inspection from the Care Inspectorate, I was praised from my manager for taking the initiative and keeping the children engaged by starting an activity which involved everyone working together to complete a puzzle. I was taken aside after the inspection and was told that I went above and beyond for keeping the children engaged, focused and entertained.

Additional Information

While working in the nursery I learned to communicate well and effectively with both the parents of my key children and my peers for support. This entailed keeping a detailed record of each child's milestones and targets, adapting my area planning for each child's specific target and key interests at the time.
