Since childhood I have ridden and walked miles on a daily basis, the walking is almost a meditative process for me connecting with nature and the great outdoors. Recently I have also learned to kayak, living only fields away from the river waveney I paddle out with my club on a weekly basis and swim in our local outdoor pool daily which is an absolute joy.
