- Constructed IKK1/2-deficient mice models to assess whether the graded loss of IKK1 and IKK2 affects B cell population across the spleen, lymph nodes and bone marrow.
- Processed spleen, lymph nodes, bone marrow samples to prepare single-cell suspensions for flow cytometry.
- Performed cell surface staining with fluorescently labelled antibodies to characterise immune cell populations by spectral flow cytometry.

- Encapsulated mRNA into lipid nanoparticles using nano formulation machine, ready for subsequent administration into mice for vivo studies.
- Isolated genomic and plasmid DNA via magnetic bead adsorption, followed by PCR amplification of target sequences.
- Performed pseudo-virus neutralisation assays to evaluate the neutralising activity of antibody samples against SARS-CoV-2 pseudo-viruses.
- Protein and antibody purification using both magnetic bead-based separation and resin-based column chromatography.
- Performed Western blot to validate protein purity, Southern blot to confirm the length of amplified DNA strand.
