• Lesson Planning & Delivery: I create engaging and interactive lessons across the curriculum, focusing on catering to varying abilities, ensuring all students can access learning content.
• Assessment & Progress Monitoring: I regularly assess the progress of my students through formal and informal methods, tracking their development and adjusting lesson plans as needed.

• Classroom Teaching: I delivered engaging lessons across various subjects, differentiating instruction to meet the needs of a diverse classroom, including English as an Additional Language (EAL) students, ensuring all learners were supported.
• Leading Assemblies & Outreach Visits as Service Co-Ordinator: I planned and led school assemblies to develop the children's awareness of service and global citizenship. I also organised outreach visits to connect with and give back to the wider community.
• School Productions: I played a role in supporting and organising school productions, helping students prepare for performances.

Over the five years I worked at Salcombe Preparatory School, I taught a range of subjects across Year 1, Year 3, and Year 4, adapting lessons to meet the needs of diverse students. I was responsible for their academic progress, as well as their emotional and social well-being. I tracked student progress, provided tailored support, and collaborated with SEN staff. My role included fostering a positive classroom environment, developing students' personal and social skills, and ensuring all students felt confident and supported in their learning.

As a supply teacher, I worked across a variety of schools, teaching different year groups and subjects. I quickly adapted to new environments and tailored my teaching approach to meet the needs of diverse classrooms.
