I have worked at Nationwide Crash Repairs which was then bought out by FMG for nearly 12 years.

I started as a CSA and was then promoted to office manager just over 2 years ago.


My job role entailed;


  • Managing a team of 4 CSA's and 1 mobile scheduler.
  • Overseeing the daily running of reception and 4 mobile technicians.
  • Handling any complaints from the body shop or mobile team in a timely manner.
  • Worked closely with the manager to prepare for PAS audits.
  • Maintained stocks of uniform and stationary supplies for the office.
  • Dealing with the apprentices training rescheme and arranging travel.
  • Handling the sites health and safety and compliance which includes liaising with contractors.
