I trained and lead a small hard working team, which contributed to the restaurant being awarded OpenTable Diner Choice 2024 and Times top 100 best places to stay in the UK. Customer relations was key in this role, co-ordinating private events and weddings, creating a special bespoke experience. I also successfully managed the venue in the absence of my F&B Manager during our most profitable week in Easter.
