I am an extremely ambitious individual. I have a varied hospitality experience from a student bar to silver service on super yachts. I really enjoy and thrive off working within a team and hard work.
I am a happy bubbly active person and can be trusted with any task given to me.
In this role I managed operations across the bar and restaurant ensuring service was seamless, high quality guest experiences. I trained and lead a small hard working team, which contributed to the restaurant being awarded OpenTable Diner Choice 2024 and Times top 100 best places to stay in the UK. Customer relations was key in this role, co-ordinating private events and weddings, creating a special bespoke experience. I also successfully managed the venue in the absence of my F&B Manager during our most profitable week in Easter.
In this position I rotated between housekeeping and service. I delivered exceptional standard service to high profile guests and made sure all their needs were met; with fine dining service, table settings, wine pairings and mixology. Small details were vital for booth service and housekeeping.
I underwent intense training (STCW and stewardess training) to prepare for this position such as- firefighting, first aid, food safety, sea survival, powerboat level 2, wine and barista training.
My passion and hard work within the company enabled me to receive two promotions in a short amount of time.
Within this role I was in charge of recruitment as I have a welcoming personable individual, staff training, ordering food and drinks, front of house, cash and banking procedures, due diligence, most importantly service and maintaining the upkeep of the bar ensuring it is a high quality.
