In this role I was part of a team who let and manage student properties in Reading & Oxford. I supported the team cleaning and renovating properties between tenancies. In addition I worked with property managers as they handed over properties to new tenants.

Work experience placement for 2 weeks at Waitrose Wallingford. During my time at the store I did a range of jobs including; customer service receptionist at customer assistance desk within the store. Warehouse duties, shelf filling and check out assistance.

• Assisted customers in locating specific items to boost satisfaction.
• Replenished floor stock and processed deliveries promptly, maximising product availability for customers.

First Class Products sells and delivers wine and associated bar products to pubs, hotels and restaurants. In this role I worked in the administration office helping to process orders and invoices as well as answering the phone and responding to emails. In addition I assited delivery drivers while making their daily deliveries.
