Accomplishments

During my tenure as Head of Delivery at X-Lab, I led the bid and delivery of the enablement of COV-19 testing for Key Workers. Bringing on 40+ new NHS sites and implementing a further 50 microbiology modules into our Labgnostic network resulted in the establishment of the first digital testing network for COV-19 during the start of the pandemic.

Delivered improvements in healthcare service efficiency and accuracy, through the successful implementation of an £2 million NHSI investment for Labgnostic. This included the expansion of digital infrastructure and application features for reporting in Cell pathology, Genomics, and Point of Care testing. The initiative was a huge success for West Yorkshire and Humber ICS and it helped pave the way for the growth of X-Lab.

I led the integration of Labgnostic into mass population testing for COVID-19 testing and resulting. We improved the speed at which the Test and Trace programme was established and made operational by utilising our pre-existing solution of labgnostic to digitise the matching service.

Successfully launched X-Lab's first international pilot sites in the USA and Australia, expanding X-Lab's reach beyond UK and moving into 24/7 operations.
