In this role, I have enrolled my highly professional service skills to to large amount of people by following strict instructions and hitting briefs from clients.

I minimised disruption my co-ordinating staff to eliminate concern to the chosen client.

My employer was repeatedly pleased with my work ethic and offered me more responsibility and opportunities as time developed.

My role as hostess entails me upkeeping customer satisfaction by communicating issues positively between involving parties. Whilst also naturally taking leadership roles when brought with complex to minor situations.

I trained 14 members of staff; birthing professionalism and sustainable habits into my workplace.

I prioritise my staff's needs alongside considering their preferred skills to obtain a successful and enjoyable workplace. I have developed my communication skills by obtaining prosperous relationships with customers, ensuring they return to the establishment.

After working for three years with the company, I have earnt the 'head' position on the floor and created a healthy relationship with my boss, clearly understanding what they expect of me on a daily, monthly and seasonal basis.
