I worked across multiple departments both alone and in a team, interacting with customers daily developing my patience, organisation, efficiency, and teamwork. During Covid I was in charge of the doorstep delivery service, collecting and packaging orders for customers and ensuring all were delivered efficiently. Then I transferred to the Belle Vale store whilst at university, working in the large and extremely busy Amazon department, shopping and packaging orders. When back at the Dagenham store I also worked on the Amazon department leading a small team, making sure targets were met daily.
