I have volunteered in gymnastics coaching since the age of nine, helping to support gymnasts to fulfil their wishes in developing the skills in gymnastics and helping them to prepare for competitions and fulfil them with confidence that they will do well at the start of him from being nervous about competing . I have also volunteered and dance coaching teaching young children how to dance and about the techniques in dancing. They have an also been able to compete with my help and guidance and have little to no nerves when doing dance shows. I did volunteer work for my Duke of Edinburgh award and then went on a two night residential in November 2022 which ended a three day walking course .
