onations dShop volenter where I sorted through donations mostly sometimes helped with organising the shop itself.

• I was responsible for making sure all general cleaning duties were achieved every week cleaning between two buildings. Duties included cleaning and shining the bathrooms, replacing soaps, mopping, and hoovering, wiping surfaces and cupboards, dusting, emptying bins cleaning inside oven, fridges, and toilets. This job involved working around a lot of people including vulnerable young people. I was told by my main boss that I was very particular and cleaned to a high standard and that they would gladly give me a reference.

• Making sure public areas such as classrooms and corridors bathrooms are in hygienic condition for the next day. I was always reliable and was very self-conscious of doing the best job I could in my time. This included using designated cloths and mopping buckets for correct areas, wiping all surfaces wiping windows, shining taps, washing sinks, bleaching toilets, hoovering chancing bins. I managed to complete my work even under time pressures.

• This job involved making sure the cafe and kitchen was in hygienic condition for customers, take orders this would mean remaining professional even when a customer was not being easy. I also made food orders and coffees, cleaning dishes and floors for closing.

I would sort through donations including labelling, steaming and sorting.

I would chat and be of service the customers (till expereince)

I would help clean the shop at the end of the day, Hoover, mop floor, clean the table, wash the dishes from that day.
