Following my graduation from Oxford Brookes University in 2021, I spent two years and four months at Bournemouth Collegiate Prep and Senior School, where I held two key roles. Initially, I worked as a Graduate GAP Assistant, supporting PE, games, and swimming lessons, while also serving as a member of the boarding house staff. In January 2023, I was promoted to Head of Girls' Boarding—a role I eagerly embraced as a motivated professional committed to continuous development. This position involved overseeing the day-to-day management of the boarding house and staff, and carrying responsibility for the pastoral care, safeguarding, and overall wellbeing of the students in my care.
From January 2023 to early 2024, I took a planned career break to travel and explore diverse cultures across Southeast Asia. This period of travel enriched my personal and professional perspective.
Upon returning to the UK, I joined Wildern School as a Behaviour Support Assistant. This role has allowed me to further develop my skills in student support, behaviour management, and pastoral care within a secondary school environment.
