
Due to upcoming redundancies within Lidl's regional teams, I am now seeking a new and exciting opportunity where I can continue to learn and develop my skills. I oversee the recruitment needs of 56 stores across Scotland, managing a wide range of roles from Customer Assistants to Deputy Store Managers. During my time with Lidl, I have built fantastic relationships with stakeholders and candidates alike, and supported my manager in delivering recruitment training to hiring managers from all different areas of the business.

After joining LOVE@Care as a recruitment consultant, I quickly became one of the top performers in the team by consistently exceeding targets and building great relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Due to my hard work and proven results, I was promoted to Recruitment Manager where I took on additional responsibilities including training department heads and team leaders on effective interview techniques, drawing on my track record of engagement and success with candidates and thus enhancing our overall recruitment process.

As the sole receptionist at the front desk, I consistently strive to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, maintaining a helpful and empathetic approach to all patients. I am proficient in multitasking and able to prioritise my responsibilities, I navigate a high pressure environment while managing face to face and telephone queries. In addition, I excel at handling distressed patients and their relatives, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and compassionately.

As front reception at Bellshill Health Centre, I am the first person to welcome patients, staff and visitors to the building. I always do my best to be positive and helpful to create a friendly, safe environment and improve everyone’s experience under our care.
