Crewe Member

McDonald's

Whilst working as a Crew Member at Mcdonald's, I developed skills and abilities to work in a fast-faced environment. I learnt to take customers orders, take payments, deal with complaints and prepare and pack food. Communication was a key role in this job as it helped to ensure that the customers wishes and needs were met and listened too. Teamwork and individual work was important as it helped to ensure to fast-paced environment ran smoothly without anything going wrong. Multi-tasking was also important to help ensure multi things such as taking an order and a payment were done at the same time to allow the drive through to run smoothly.
