Overall responsibility for the commercial growth of a historically important magazine archive consisting of nine different publications dating back to the mid-19th century. Launched a full-scale image digitisation project and B2B web platform together with ongoing sales and marketing programme comprising advertising, direct mail, online marketing, trade fairs and face-to-face selling and presentation. Sought out and facilitated commercial partnerships with online B2C print providers and publishers. Identified, selected and promoted key areas of the archive for digitisation. Managed a permanent team of two together with additional temporary staff.
