My job currently at High Plains consists of looking after a selection of 14 Event horses. Which includes feeding, mucking out, exercising and preparing them for International British Eventing competitions. Ensuring they are cared for to the highest level, sticking to their strict schedule's and diets.

I think another important role I undertook was traveling horses to various locations for more local competitions, vet visits, rehab and exercise sessions.

• Tacking and untacking horses before and after outings to international stay away British Eventing competition's ensuring they are prepped and turned out to the finest level.
• Groomed horses for competition days to meet established presentation standards.
• Monitored horse welfare and wellbeing, identifying and addressing any unmet needs.
• Coordinated daily feeding, watering and exercise schedules, adhering to strict dietary requirements to achieve desired weight and conformation.

My roles working at J&M was to cut fabric patterns for the machinists. I ensured that all new pallet deliveries of dog food were put away correctly according to dates and ensuring the shop was always fully stocked. I took stock takes to place orders on set days of the week to guarantee the delivery was due on the correct dates.

I also worked agricultural shows with their trade stand helping set up the marquee and stock the day prior to then go on to managing over 50+ customers on show day. Fitting harnesses and other equipment to there pets, handling cash taking payments. Helping increase sales by 8%.

• Kept sufficient inventory supply and stock on shelves and in storerooms.
• Addressed and resolved complex customer complaints in calm, efficient and friendly manner.
• Processed cash and card payments during busy shopping periods to minimise customer waiting times.
• Opened new merchandise boxes and stocked sales floor racks and shelves with latest items.

• Responsibilities while working here were too take food and drink orders and delivering to tables making sure everything was satisfactory for customers, answering phones to take restaurant table and B&B room bookings, checking in and showing guests to rooms, stocking the bar and taking stock takes in time for deliveries to come when needed. And to also strip and clean the bar after closing ensuring everything is washed and set for the next day.

• Mixed drinks and served wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages for multiple guests simultaneously.
• Opened and closed bar tabs, transferring charges to restaurant as necessary.

• This job consisted of me arriving early morning to give horses there morning feeds. To rug up and turn out for the day. To then muck out stables, putting in fresh water and hay ready for them to be brought in in the evening. After this I would often have a few of the livery horses to exercise for the owners.

• Observed horses to detect abnormal behaviour and share progress reports with vets.
• Led horses to and from stables and fields, employing attention to detail to minimise potential injuries.
