• Soil testing: CBR's, NDT's, DCP's, pulverisation, soil & stone samples, Scalping, HSV's. Test locations setout, aslaid and logged in excel spreadsheets and drawn up on CAD.
• Roads: Cambered dual carriageways, farm tracks and byways. Profiles pinned out for tarmac gangs, build ups checked.
• Kerbs: critical pathway kerbs setout for roads and footpaths. Pin kerbs, HB's and Bullnoses.
• Ponds: profiles pinned for earthworks subbies. revisited and checked.
• Services: flagged or pinned for heights, trench depths checked, aslaid and drawn up.
• Asbuilts drawn up and submitted weekly. Soil testing spreadsheets submitted daily.

• Drainage - Tubisidor attenuation system, Foul and Surface, French/Slot drain, Permavoid diffusers, Aco Kerbdrain, ACO Qmax, Interceptor tanks, Northumbrian water diversions, Kerb Gullies.
• Piling - Vibro Stone Column piles
• Foundations - Holding Down Bolts to receive UC beam warehouse structure
• Kerbs - HB2, Bullnose, Pinkerbs, Splash courses, Aco Kerbdrain & gullies, Trief.
• Services - Hydrant valves, Chambers, Gas and landlord kiosks, Lighting columns, Gas meters, Pump station, Sprinkler tank.

• 2x 7-10 floor cores via Slipform.
• Cast-in plates, Continuity bar, Penetrations.
• Maintaining: accurate Datum and Slip Rig Verticality/Plumbness.
• General Design Errors, Clash Detection and RFI's prior to commencing works onsite.
• Creating Combined GA's and Elevation books on Excel.

• Strengthening Works - Column plates, RC Walls and Infill Slabs, Core Partition Walls, Wall Thickenings, RC Beams, UC Beams
• Drainage - Attenuation Tanks, Concrete Manholes, PPIC, Cast-in/External Yard Gullies.
• RC Frames - 3x frames, 1x strengthening works to existing frame.
• RFI's - multiple clashes in design dealt with to maintain programme.
• Town Houses - Incoming Services, Foundation Beams/Toe, GF Slab.
• Call Offs - Drainage, Formwork, Reinforcement, Concrete.
• S50 Works - Drainage under street works, Build over agreement.
• Party Wall Works - party wall award works from start to finish, trial holes, surveys, temp works design produced, liaising with party wall surveyor.
• Temporary Works - installation, permit sign offs, permits to load.
