• Being responsible for clinical caseload within A&E, CDU, Acute Medical, Frailty, Surgical and Orthopaedic Wards.
• Working within multi-disciplinary teams and providing advanced discharge planning to minimise length of stay and prevent avoidable admissions.

• Managing and supervising team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Therapy Support Workers
• Covering General Rehab, Orthopaedic, Mental Health Wards and A&E.
• Complex case co-ordination including vulnerable adults: liaising with Social Services and closely monitoring patient against future risks in Community after discharge from hospital.

• Managing caseload of 40-50 patients.
• Carrying out urgent Physiotherapy input to a mixed caseload in community

• Leading and organising physiotherapy service to aid complex discharges from hospital.

• Managing caseload within Orthopaedics, Falls Prevention, Palliative Care, Neuro, Respiratory. Covering 40 beds.
