Summary

I recently completed a level 5 diploma in Geotechnical Engineering with distinction. I gained a solid foundation of knowledge in applied engineering mathematics. It is clear to me now that it is Mechanical Engineering that would make the most of my abilities and give me the best job satisfaction. My ultimate aim is to gain practical training in industry, at the standards the industry requires and become a productive member of a team to deliver results for the company and its customers.

  • Ability to work quickly to keep production running as fast as possible.
  • Physical stamina to load full bottles of wine into crates, 8 hours per day.
  • Workplace initiative in finding other jobs to keep the production running smoothly.

  • 10 years of Scouting from Cubs to Explorers, including work at community events.
  • Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award involving orienteering and greenfield camping
  • 7- day sailing voyage with the Tall Ship Youth Trust. Worked with a team to adjust the mast and steer the boat. Received an excellent report for teamwork and sense of responsibility and developed interpersonal skills.
