A highly experienced SENCO and Inclusion Lead with a passion for advocating for students with neurodiverse needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities. With a strong background as a former headteacher of a special school, I bring expertise in leading SEND provision, managing EHCP processes, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure inclusive education. I am committed to empowering families and communities, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds, and have developed initiatives to bridge gaps in SEND support.
