Independent of my day to day work I have studied:
-Creating data dashboards in both Excel and Power BI
-Creating and querying databases using SQL, then visualising my data using the aforementioned BI tools
-Cleaning and visualising data in Python using libraries such as (Pandas, Matplotlib and Seaborn)
-Used documentation to resolve issues with my code and achieve the desired outcome
-I have automated SQL scripts in Python, to create tables and load data
I have gained valuable experience creating workflows to streamline existing service desk operations and improve customer experience. In addition I have created new services from scratch .I.E Software Procurement processes, Android App Approval processes.
Gained familiarity working in a hybrid-cloud environment, i.e. user/group administration (Azure AD), device management (Intune), troubleshooting WVDs for end users.
Learning in an apprenticeship settings through shadowing my peers, completing college course work and self guided learning. Attending college to enhance my theoretical approach to IT, I was able to put this into practice when returning to the office environment.
