Accomplishments

01/1999-01/2001 Becoming a volunteer Youth Leader for Billingham Players Theatre, for children aged 5-17 years. After learning that it was to close due to no available volunteers. On approaching the Committee, I volunteered along with two others to lead the group. We were successful and the group remained open for an additional two years. I planned theatre activities, organised short plays, and invited parents and carers to the group to encourage confidence, and find ways for the children to express themselves, but most of all have fun learning new skills.
