Communication- I have excellent communication skills gained through many years of teaching and leading training courses and seminars

Planning and organisational skills – I am highly organised and can see projects through from planning to delivery and evaluation such as supporting schools over the course of a year, developing targets and proving training and monitoring to help them achieve these goals

Time management – I have worked for several organisations concurrently, and I am able to manage my time effectively to complete all training, teaching and ongoing planning and assessments requirements

Tech Skills- I have run many training sessions through zoom and other online systems for various groups of individuals including teachers, trainees and children I have an excellent knowledge of power point which I use regularly

Health and safety- As a member of school leadership team for many years, I have helped to develop policies and practice for child protection, data handling and health and safety polices

Inter personal relationships-Through my teaching experience, I have learned to establish great working relationships with many different people, including children, parents, and other professionals within school I have worked with many different groups both for long and short term projects, so I have needed to establish rapports quickly to ensure that groups communicate with me during sessions and with each other, as this helps to ensure successful outcomes

Ability to learn- as a teacher trainer, I need to be a quick learner and have the ability to research and filter key information
