Inter personal relationships-Through my teaching experience, I have learned to establish great working relationships with many different people, including children, parents, and other professionals within school I have worked with many different groups both for long and short term projects, so I have needed to establish rapports quickly to ensure that groups communicate with me during sessions and with each other, as this helps to ensure successful outcomes
