After completing the ETF leadership and mentoring programme, I was successful in my application to become a sector mentor for T Levels.

I support others on their T Level journey remotely to enable them to successfully recognise through effective coaching methods the journey in which they are on and how best they can support themselves.

This role has given me the opportunity to strengthen my mentoring skills and share my knowledge to support in the success of the T Levels.

I am currently on my second round of mentee, with positive feedback from both my line manager and mentee.

• Conduct workshops and conferences to train teachers in new programmes and teaching methods.

• Open up new student pipeline opportunities by developing partnerships with local organisations and community groups.
