I consider myself to be a knowledgeable teaching professional experienced in delivering inspiring lessons through a variety of teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners.
After completing the ETF leadership and mentoring programme, I was successful in my application to become a sector mentor for T Levels.

This role has given me the opportunity to strengthen my mentoring skills and share my knowledge to support in the success of the T Levels.
I am currently on my second round of mentee, with positive feedback from both my line manager and mentee.
