My work experience has centred around providing excellent customer service. I have gained attentive skills in this area whilst providing clerical support in an office environment, and I feel I am quick to pick up new skills. My current skills include inputting data onto our booking system therefore good keyboard skills are essential. Experience of managing a fast-paced front desk which has helped with problem solving with strong communication skills and adapting to change. I enjoy working in an environment which brings me into contact with members of the public either face to face or by telephone, this has helped work towards providing excellent customer service while prioritising data protection and confidentiality. My present role as Receptionist is both rewarding and challenging and has helped increase my confidence to meet changing job demands. I feel I can build a rapport with customers quickly and make them feel welcoming. I work well in a team and will often share knowledge whilst delivering information clearly. I hold a full clean driving license and have access to my own transport.
